He is my realtor for 2 years and handled three separate transactions for me successfully and timely for my 4-bedroom single family home in Northern Virginia. He located my first year renter on the second day when the house was on the market. Then he located my 2nd year renter prior to the house on the market. Further impressive, he found me the buyer offering a full price on the first day the house on the market. We closed the house in 21 days. Who can beat his record? This is not coincident. It is his skills, his effectiveness and his critical thinking. As his client, I reap the benefit through and through. Ah, BTW, he has a whole crew support him so you get more than just him. That’s a strong force you would like to have when you are ready to sell or rent your house. Mike was with me and had my best interest in mind at all times. That impressed me. For instance, I was ready to pay workmen for whatever work they rendered. He would prompt workmen insightful questions that I would never have thought about. And further he would negotiate the good deals with workmen as he was dealing this for himself. I treated him as my business partner and appreciated his brilliant advice. He is a very logical thinker and smart in many important ways (e.g. set the right price point, know what needs to press and what to let go, etc.). We worked very well together. He never stepped on my toes but was always there to support me 100%. I wish I had more houses for him to sell/rent or house to buy. On the other hand, for those who need a really really GOOD realtor. When we were ready to put our condo on the market, we gave them a narrow window to sell and they hit it – they sold our condo very close to list price within 3 weeks! All this while they minimized disruption by showing our home entirely while we were traveling.

Once we were under contract, they handled everything very smoothly, including document amendments, inspections, a complex financing arrangement and an absentee closing, We were traveling for much of the time, and they did a great job of keeping us in the loop on progress while moving the process along.
